The Core.

Pheasants Rise was born from the love of local countryside and its traditions.
'Originally brewed by game keepers this IPA played a big part on a cold November pheasant shoot'.

Pheasants Rise is also named after the street in which the brewery is based.

Our second brew is Conkerwood, this gets it name from the conker trees that surround the village. 'In days gone by, conkers was played by men, not boys. Tho’ the games were fierce, This was the greatest prize of all'.

A popular walk, was to be the starter for our next brew. 3 Villages. 'Between three villages of Bar Hill, Lolworth and Dry Drayton a secret walk links them all. But pity the fool who walks the walk without first packing the special brew.

Next we have Foxhollow 'A sure sign of something good.The foxhollow warm and snug, this strong ale packs a punch watch out you could end up on the rug'.

In the summer of 2008 we produced our first cider. Little Meadow. 'Buried in the long meadow grass beneath the trees lies treasures discovered at last'. Traditional scrumpy cider made from soured windfall apples

As christmas set in at the end of 2008, a Seasonal special was in the pipeline. Hollytrees. 'In times of old when the weather 'twas cold medicinal remedies, brewed 'twas told'.
Ginger root and sultana beer.

In 2009 the cider returned and this time with a sparkle. Stonefield. 'Buried in the field, lies a treasure with no yield. But once the work is done, sit back and enjoy the sun'.

And now announcing the Spinney. 'Pop the bottle and add the shot, this will leave you spinning on the spot'.

The summer of 2010 was set to be a hot one. Number 5, so called because of the surrounding bus route, 'For lazy summer days gone by , a cook's pick me up to help time fly. Packed in hampers, to the river say I'.
Alcoholic Ginger beer with a hint of lemon, just the way cook used to make it.
